"The 2010 Crianza is a selection of Tempranillo grapes fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 10-15 months in a combination of new (15%) and used French oak barrels. The nose is very expressive, fresh, with a mixture of red and black fruit, developing complexity and absorbing the oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied with clean, delineated flavors. The tannins are sweet and the acidity is moderate, it could do with a little more freshness (and perhaps a little less oak). In any case, this is a superb value for money. Drink now-2020. "
Big gamey, leather, black cherry kirsch, licorice, smoky, vanilla, coffee, rooty, barnyard, leather aromas. Ripe, full, juicy and concentrated with some youthful tannins. Floral, licorice, black cherry, plum, coffee, vanilla, smoky leather, prune, black tea, fig and balsamic flavours. Good fruit and balance despite some end warm.
"We have an extraordinary vineyard sited at the very heart of the Ribera del Duero. We take care of it with handmade techniques in order to obtain the best grape, of course. We apply a criterion of highest quality in everything we do, and we spare no resources with all which will be in contact with the wine.
By combining talent, knowledge, experience, technique and a lot of hope, we have been able to create_ an extraordinary wine.
But what differentiates us most, and of which we feel the most proud, is the support, love and generosity of our children, which truly make this project worth of doing. That's why our brand is their surnames. There's no better emblem to give shape to our greatest dream!"
