Vibrant red with violet tones. Ripe red fruit supported by a lively dash of black pepper and spice dance in the aroma and onto the palate of this supple, medium-bodied red. Soft tannins support the palate on its way to delivering a smooth and satisfying finish.
Hand harvested in March, the grapes are cold macerated prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation follows. The wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel prior to release.
